Payment and shipping

The following terms apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and the EU only.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We charge a flat shipping fee of €0.00 per order within Europe.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery within Germany takes 3–5 days and within the EU 7–10 days after contract conclusion (for prepayment orders, after your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
