Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Janagen Jeyalingam, Raja Rani Boutique, Ostpreußenstraße 10, 97078 Würzburg, Germany, email: hello@raja-rani-boutique.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and whose production requires an individual selection or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages the price of which has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal was removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts
- for the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software if the seal was removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if these have, due to their nature, been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
